Modifications:
Knit Small Size // 35.25”
Held yarn double to make pattern gauge
Lengthened the body
Collar: Twisted rib 2x2
Hem: Twisted rib 2x2
Wrists: Twisted rib 2x2

I’m not sure yet.
Some knitters have noted that the cardigan can slip from some shoulder shapes.
After wearing this cardigan several times, this cardigan does tend to slip off of my shoulders in a way that my other, commercial cardigans (unbuttoned) do not.
